Job Training & Day Programs
Day Hab provides opportunities for volunteer work, social and recreational outings, and other integrated activities both onsite and in the community.
We offer "three lanes" according to people's interests and goals.
Lane 1
Site-Based, Slower-Paced
A certified site for people who need medical supports. Staff are certified to administer medications and G-tube feeds. Most activities take place on-site with occasional outings.

Integrated/On-Site, Medium-Paced
A perfect choice for those who like a balance between going out and staying in. On-site activities are combined with community outings.

Community-Based, Faster-Paced
With a “home base” in Wheatfield, participants enjoy daily scheduled activities in the community, such as volunteering, shopping,
and sightseeing.

Have a diagnosed intellectual or developmental disability

Be enrolled in Home and Community Based Waiver (HCBS)
