Job Training & Day Programs

Providing services to assist individuals (adult and youth) with a New York State recognized disability to obtain and maintain successful employment in the community.

Empower is certified by the Niagara County Office of Mental Health (OMH), NYS Office of People with Developmental Disabilities (OPWDD) and Adult Career and Continuing Education Services (ACCES-VR)

Program Highlights

Development of job opportunities in the community
Job Placement
On-the-job coaching to assist in integrating into the work setting
Job Coaching for successful retention
Pre-Employment Transition Services for Youth/Adults (Pre-ETS)

Eligibility Requirements

Have a NYS recognized disability
Referral through ACCES-VR (716) 848-8001
Have a Care Coordinator – (for OPWDD SEMP only)
